CloviTek is an AI-native company that builds and runs software and operations for founders. One named human is accountable; a fleet of AI agents does the work. This is why we started — and where we honestly are today.
Accountable for everything the fleet ships.
Building a company used to require assembling a team — engineers, designers, a CFO, marketers — before you could ship anything. We think an AI-native company can compose that team as software, run it end to end, and let a founder go from idea to a running business without hiring a department first. We are proving it the only honest way: on ourselves.
When we say “we,” we mean a lean founding team working alongside a fleet of AI agents that build and operate our platforms. One real person is accountable for what ships. The fleet is the muscle; the founder is the face — and we never blur the two into “our staff.”
We did not start with a pitch deck of milestones. We started by building the fleet that builds — and using it to ship real products.
Every good idea stalls at the same wall: you need people to build it. Hiring is slow, expensive, and risky before you have proof.
Instead of hiring roles, we built them — a CEO agent, an architect, developers, QA, security, vendor specialists — each with a scope and a gate.
We built our own platforms with the fleet before offering it to anyone: 18 live products today out of 33 built, driven by 130 AI agents and workers.
We are pre-revenue and still building. Our proof is the software we run, not a wall of client logos we don't have. That is the whole point of dogfooding.
CloviTek did not appear in 2026 — it evolved. From a Ukrainian orphan arriving in America to an award-winning hardware company to an AI product studio, the through-line never changed: when the tool you need doesn't exist, build it. Every marker below is documented.
A Ukrainian orphan who aged out of the orphanage arrives in the United States to chase the American Dream — no business experience, no safety net, and an instinct to build.
A complete mobile survey platform — a ‘mobile Qualtrics’ on Windows Mobile with server, SQL, and web services — built as a Utah Valley University computer-science capstone, years before web surveys went mainstream.
After a BSc in Computer Science (2009), an MBA pairs the engineering instinct with how businesses actually run — the seed of building whole companies, not just apps.
An idea from a gym becomes CloviFi: a transmitter that streams TV audio privately to your phone and headphones, aimed at the millions living with hearing loss.
CloviFi is named a CES 2018 Innovation Awards Honoree and wins the Commercial Integrator BEST Award at InfoComm — independent industry recognition of a working, competitive product.
CloviTek Inc operates as a tax-filing company in Salt Lake City — Form 1120 filings, documented revenue, a full B2C business plan — and clovitek.com goes live. Not a side project.
The founder publishes ‘VITALY: The Misadventures of a Ukrainian Orphan’ — the same-builder origin story, independently reviewed, on the record in his own words.
After ~$130K bootstrapped with no outside investors, CloviTek Inc is formally dissolved. The platform instinct — cloud, SaaS, data, API — carries forward without the hardware constraint.
Building a 32-lesson NIR spectroscopy course for SpectroScience — narration, slide images, video assembly, autopublishing — the founder realizes halfway through that he hadn't built a course. He'd built a factory.
The factory becomes a company: a single AI engine plus a fleet of 130 specialized agents that build and run branded platforms end to end — 18 live today out of 33 built.
Every milestone here is documented — tax filings, award records, a published memoir, and shipping products. The company evolved the same way its products evolve now.
A small, automated company reads as trustworthy through how it operates, not by pretending to be bigger than it is.
No invented clients, no fake testimonials, no headcount we don't have. Every number on this site reads from a live source.
Agents are the default workforce; humans supervise and stay accountable. Small plus automated means fast, focused, and consistent.
Nothing ships on a promise. Every build clears a spec, a no-stub guard, and a security and QA gate.
FoodAgri, AudiobookSmith, and SpectroScience are real platforms our fleet built and runs. They are the evidence behind everything we offer — the same process, the same agents, applied to your product next.
Every technology below is delivered by the same composed engineering team.
Tell us what you want to build. We'll compose the team as software, run it end to end, and keep a human accountable the whole way.
